Energy Bites

These peanut butter and chocolate energy bites are easy to make and taste amazing.  Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup ground flax seed 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into balls and freeze for one hour. You can eat them at room temperature, but I prefer them when frozen.
