Energy Bites

These peanut butter and chocolate energy bites are easy to make and taste amazing.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into balls and freeze for one hour. You can eat them at room temperature, but I prefer them when frozen.
