Peanut Butter Apple Oatmeal
This oatmeal recipe is delicious and will keep you full for hours. Enjoy!
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup of water
A pinch of salt
Half of one medium apple
Chia seeds (optional)
A large spoonful of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Add the oatmeal, water, and salt to a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until cooked. Meanwhile, dice half of an apple and set aside. When the oatmeal is ready, stir in a large spoonful of peanut butter and add the apple. Drizzle the honey on top and sprinkle with chia seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
